I'm sorry Jim. I was trying to relate the image to the title
and found myself at a loss for comments. Strange huh ?

I'm familiar with the work you do, mostly in the realm of chemisty,
and find this a departure from your usual stuff. Is this really
an accurate model of silicon ? The phong highlights seem a little
over done but the shape is interesting. Maybe it was the starscape
in the background that was throwing me off.
